 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial construction projects, both lump sum and negotiated contracts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to thoroughly understand project scope and identify potential risks or opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure competitive and comprehensive pricing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate closely with Project Managers and Superintendents during pre-construction phases to ensure alignment of estimates with project execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring Osman Construction's ongoing reputation for fairness and excellence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in project hand-off meetings, clearly communicating bid strategy, scope, and risk to the operations team.
