 Our client is a global technology leader that designs, develops, and manufactures IT hardware and software. Last year they posted revenue at nearly $70 billion!
 
 
 This is to work as part of an EMEA Contract team but focusing on the fast growing Saudi business. You will speak English and Arabic ideally and focus on ensuring compliance with regional and local laws.
 
 
 
 
 
 You will have experience with drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on complex
 
 technology transactions
 
 
 
 
 
 
 You can be based in either UAE or Saudi - but the focus will be on supporting Saudi projects.
 
 
 Work on complex, multi-jurisdictional legal matters involving a wide variety of customers and suppliers.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key responsibilities include:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Draft, review, and negotiate complex technology agreements, including cloud/SaaS, managed services, hardware + services bundles, software licensing, DPA/processing terms, MSAs/SOWs, OEM/ODM, reseller &amp; channel/partner agreements, and SLAs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide practical, business-oriented advice on technology risk, data/privacy, cybersecurity, export controls, and regulatory issues in Saudi.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with subject matter experts on country-specific technology issues as needed.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Who you are:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Law degree (JD/LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution in EMEA
 </li>
 <li>
 8+ years PQE in commercial contracting in KSA or UEA, with a significant focus on complex technology contracts (e.g., cloud/SaaS, managed services, software licensing, hardware + services transactions, data processing, cybersecurity, and channel/partner models)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record negotiating high-value KSA or UAE based and multi-jurisdictional technology deals and balancing legal risk with business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Native or native-level English, with professional proficiency in Arabic.
 
 
 </li>
