<div>We&rsquo;re seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role plays a key part in driving strategic financial decisions through advanced analysis of financial statements, with a strong emphasis on Financial Reporting, balance sheet and cash flow analysis.
This is an in-office position in downtown Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Lead analysis of financial data from balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</li>
<li>Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimize working capital.</li>
<li>Conduct variance analysis and identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities.</li>
<li>Support month-end and quarter-end close processes through reconciliations and reporting.</li>
<li>Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives.</li>
<li>Build and maintain complex financial models to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, treasury, and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting.</li>
<li>Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills and expertise in financial modeling.</li>
<li>Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of balance sheet components and cash flow mechanics.</li>
<li>Proven ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.</li>
</ul>
Preferred:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
