Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide efficient administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and document management.</li><li>Assist the ELV Maintenance team in GRA systems to ensure proper tracking of maintenance activity</li><li>Support HR/Accounts with administrative task, time keeping, payroll documentation, expense reports and monitoring</li><li>Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally and promptly.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate administrative processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma</li><li>Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is an advantage.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
