</div><div><b>About the Role</b><br>
</div><div>We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused <b>HR Assistant</b> to support day-to-day Human Resources operations and recruiting activities. This fully remote role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth HR processes, positive candidate experiences, and strong internal support for our growing teams.<br>
</div><div>The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable working independently, and enjoys supporting both administrative HR functions and hiring efforts.<br>
</div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br>
</div><div><b>HR Operations Support</b><br>
</div>Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes<br>

</li>Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation<br>
<li>
</li>Support payroll, benefits administration, and timekeeping processes<br>
<li>
</li>Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations<br>
<li>
</li>Assist with updating HR procedures, templates, and internal communications<br>
<li>
</li>Respond to employee HR inquiries in a timely and professional manner<br>
<li>
</li></ul><div><b>Recruiting &amp; Hiring Support</b><br>
</div>Post and manage job openings across multiple platforms<br>
<ul><li>
</li>Screen resumes and coordinate candidate interviews<br>
<li>
</li>Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process<br>
<li>
</li>Assist with offer letters, background checks, and hiring documentation<br>
<li>
</li>Maintain applicant tracking records and hiring reports<br>
<li>
</li>Support recruiting initiatives and hiring campaigns as needed<br>
<li>
</li></ul><div><b>Qualifications</b><br>
</div>1&ndash;3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Administrative support<br>
<ul><li>
</li>Strong organizational and time-management skills<br>
<li>
</li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br>
<li>
</li>Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion<br>
<li>
</li>Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office<br>
<li>
</li>Experience with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus<br>
<li>
</li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment<br>
<li>
</li></ul><div><b>Preferred Skills</b><br>
</div>Prior experience supporting high-volume recruiting<br>
