Job Description: Senior Graphic Designer Location: Jank Puri New DelhiDepartment: Graphic Designer Reporting to: Sales Manager / Head of SalesExperience Required: 5&ndash;8 years in Graphic Role Overview:We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print media, with a proven ability to deliver visually compelling designs aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing assets, brand materials, and digital content that elevate our visual identity and support campaign goals.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Have strong experience in graphic design with exposure to brand marketing.</li><li>Be agile in a fast-paced environment and produce quality work in high-pressure situations.</li><li>Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.</li><li>Keep abreast of industry knowledge and trends to assess, identify, and implement new technology and/or design innovation, such as interactive presentations and digital content delivery.</li><li>Maintain advanced knowledge of graphics software tools, proficiency in the company's standard operating software (MS Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel), and design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Keynote, and Acrobat Pro.</li><li>Maintain capabilities for troubleshooting technical issues in graphic files for printing and digital delivery.</li><li>Demonstrate executive presence; establishes credibility quickly, demonstrates confidence and deals comfortably with clients and other stakeholders, and demonstrates versatility.</li><li>Excellent project management skills, proven team building, and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Articulate communicator, mastery of the English language is a must.</li><li>Video editing </li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5-8 years of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across digital and print.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects is a plus.</li><li>Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles is a bonus.</li><li>Strong visual, typographic, and layout skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Positive attitude.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work in a multicultural and virtual environment.</li><li>Excellent Communication skills.</li></ul>Desired Skills and Experienc2D Animation,3D Animation,Graphic Design,3ds Max,Adobe After Effects,Corel Draw,Flash,Illustrator,InDesign,PhotoshopJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;11,433.21 - &#8377;35,809.53 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
