Job Title: Legal Assistant Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years Industry: Real Estate Development Location: PuneJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Assistant with a strong background in real estate matters, litigation, and non-litigation work. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English drafting skills and the ability to manage multiple legal tasks with precision and professionalism.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents, agreements, notices, and contracts related to real estate projects.</li><li>Support the legal team in both litigation and non-litigation activities, including preparing case briefs, coordinating with external legal counsel, and maintaining case files.</li><li>Conduct legal research on matters related to property laws, RERA regulations, land acquisition, compliance requirements, and other applicable real estate laws.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to ensure legal compliance in all business operations.</li><li>Maintain and update legal records, documentation, and property-related files.</li><li>Assist in due diligence of land/property documents, title searches, and verification processes.</li><li>Liaise with government authorities, legal consultants, and other stakeholders as required.</li><li>Prepare drafts of correspondences, letters, and communications with high standards of English language and legal clarity.</li><li>Track ongoing cases, deadlines, and legal schedules to ensure timely follow-up.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the legal department when needed.</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law (LLB) or related legal qualification.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in the real estate sector.</li><li>Strong knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, compliance, and property documentation.</li><li>Excellent English drafting skills with attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Hands-on experience in litigation and non-litigation work.</li><li>Proficient in legal research, documentation, and MS Office tools.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li>Good communication and coordination abilities.</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Optional)<ul><li>Experience with RERA documentation and compliance.</li><li>Familiarity with land acquisition procedures and title due diligence.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate development environment.</li></ul>Interested candidates kindly share me their resumes at: hrexecutive2024@gmail.comJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
