 What&rsquo;s in it for you:
 
 As an Associate Product Analyst, you&rsquo;ll be working closely with product owners, development, QA, and operation teams in an Agile and/or waterfall environment. Trade Processing has a requirement for a Business Analyst to support the MarkitWire, Trade Manager and TradeServ platforms for Rates, Credit and Equities asset classes.
 
 
 The role requires the candidate to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational / coordination skills, and strong analytical skills. The candidate should be comfortable in a challenging environment and be flexible to adapt to changes.
 
 
 The candidate will work closely with other Business Analysts and Product Managers in Trade Processing to deliver project change.
 
 
 The candidate will be expected to collaborate with teams in India, Singapore, Tokyo, New York, and London and build relationships internally as well as externally with clients, clearing houses, venues, and trade repositories.
 
 
 
 Duties &amp; Accountabilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Able to undertake gap analysis and express in the form of user stories or functional specifications and communicate to Development and QA teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Development and Quality Assurance to ensure implementation meets business requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Product Acceptance testing of new features during the development phase &amp; review of test cases
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to identify options for potential solutions, including assessment of technical and business suitability
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to conduct public presentation of concepts and ideas comfortably
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements And Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Postgraduate &ndash; Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s Degree preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Degree in related subject
 </li>
 <li>
 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
 </li>
 <li>
 An understanding of financial derivatives terms and principles
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Analytical &amp; Communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of requirements elicitation, structured analysis, requirement documentation, stakeholder management, use case and user story definition and other Business Analysis techniques will be an added advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Commercial awareness and financial services experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Qualifications in Business Analysis / Product Management related subjects
 </li>
 <li>
 Microsoft Office / Visio skills

 This in-house legal counsel position is based in our Gurgaon Office in India. Primary responsibilities will be to work on a broad range of corporate, corporate secretary, commercial, regulatory, privacy and transactional legal matters in all areas of OSTTRA&rsquo;s business. Lawyer will work closely with colleagues in the legal, business, front office and core infrastructure and support functions and report to the lead lawyer in India.

 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage, draft and negotiate various commercial contracts, including procurement and support, real estate, software licenses, services, maintenance, web-based services, consulting agreements, non-disclosure agreements and other commercial agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Support sales and other business teams including shared services groups based in different regions, globally and provide them with innovative business solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing knowledge of multiple areas of the law, including intellectual property, and privacy, and data protection to counsel internal clients on business and legal risks arising at all stages of the customer relationship.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyzing, evaluating, and providing input to product and client initiatives with a view to identifying and highlighting possible business and legal risks to management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with various projects for OSTTRA's post-trade services, including client onboarding, commercial and jurisdictional issues, responding to regulatory requests and keeping abreast of post-trade regulatory developments in India
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide company secretarial support or oversee third party provider of company secretarial support globally.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise among business and various support and control divisions of OSTTRA, including IT, Tax, Compliance, Finance, Risk and Operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage and manage outside counsel
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as key member of team of commercial/corporate lawyers based in London, also with legal colleagues in the UK, US, India, Singapore, Sweden and Israel.

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Strong academic background / legal degree preferred or conversion
 </li>
 <li>
 Qualified lawyer
 </li>
 <li>
 3 to 6 years experience of in-house and/or large law firm experience in a transactional practice
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have an excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent drafting and negotiating skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Legal experience in negotiating and drafting commercial and other business to business technology and information related contracts &ndash; nice to have
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in data protection and commercial matters &ndash; nice to have
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of data and software licensing, intellectual property, and commercial contract law required - preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of the laws England and of the State of NY is also great
 </li>

 Experience with technology, or financial services companies - nice to have

 Proven ability to manage a variety of commercial transactions and special projects simultaneously
