<div><b>Qualification: </b>B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, Proven experience in <b>Primavera P6</b> and <b>MS Project</b></div>
 <b>Experience:</b>
<ul><li>Minimum <b>8 years</b> of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling</li>
</ul><b>Key Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Prepare and manage the <b>Master Project Schedule</b> across design, approvals, procurement, and construction stages.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain <b>baseline schedules</b> with cost and resource loading, milestones, and dependencies.</li>
<li><b>Monitor project progress</b> versus baseline, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.</li>
<li>Conduct <b>delay and impact analysis</b>, support <b>Extension of Time (EoT)</b> claims, and perform <b>earned value analysis (EVA)</b>.</li>
<li>Coordinate with <b>design, procurement, contracts, and execution</b> teams for planning inputs and progress updates.</li>
<li>Lead <b>weekly/monthly review meetings</b> and prepare <b>project dashboards</b>.</li>
<li>Generate <b>MIS and look-ahead reports</b> using <b>Excel/Power BI</b> for management and client reporting.</li>
<li>Maintain complete documentation of all <b>schedule revisions and updates</b>.</li>
</ul><b>Preferred Certifications (Added Advantage):</b>
<ul><li><b>AACE PSP&reg;</b> &ndash; Planning &amp; Scheduling Professional</li>
<li><b>PMI-SP&reg; / PMP&reg;</b> &ndash; Project Management Institute</li>
