Salary Range: 60k to 65k annually + Bonus eligibility

Position Summary: 
An OTG (FOH) Manager oversees day-to-day operations while achieving operational excellence. Managers are responsible for leading (FOH) hourly crewmembers such as Servers, Bartenders and Cashiers, ensuring service is executed at the highest level, guest satisfaction, maintaining budgets, and upholding health and safety standards.
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily operations for OTGs diverse concepts, which include retail, QSR, and full-service restaurants in an allocated area.</li>
<li>Ensure that all food and beverage products align with OTG standards for quality and presentation. Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure optimal service levels.</li>
<li>Accountable for successful onboarding + training plans for new hourly crew members.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive work environment for all Crewmembers.</li>
<li>Provides a workplace free from hazards, following all safety policies set forth by the company, and conforming to any laws and regulations related to the workplace</li>
<li>Responsible for corrective actions for Coyle and NSF audits</li>
<li>Able to use the crewmember handbook and CBA to understand OTG policies and procedures. Communicate them with consistency</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Degree in hospitality preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in full-service restaurants or retail. Multi-unit experience a plus.</li>
<li>Proficiency with P&L analysis, budgeting and forecasting.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.</li>
<li>Must be able to work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditions.</li>
