POSITION SUMMARY: 
CIBO Express is the OTG lifestyle brand focused on providing guests with the essentials they need to grab-and-go happier, healthier, and more connected than ever before. As a leader of the Merchandising Team, you will play a crucial role in contributing to building, launching, and promoting our brands and product categories.
 As Senior Director of Merchandising, you will lead our brand and customer experience built on the premise that passengers want more from their airport time. This role is directly responsible for delivering plan by increasing product sales through assortment selection, promotional planning, and product placement. The Senior Director of Merchandising will have experience leading high-visibility and growth projects with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. You will evolve the key systems that empower category managers to merchandise their assortment and shape shopper demand while ensuring the right balance between customer experience and business outcomes. This role connects directly to key OTG’s growth initiatives, including both category and regional expansion and will require an obsession with both data and the OTG shopper experience to be successful. The Senior Director of Merchandising will report to the VP of Retail Markets. This position is hybrid-based in the New York office.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
<ul>
<li>Delivering P&L annual plan through execution of strategic initiatives in cooperation with Operations.</li>
<li>Leading the brand and customer experience for shopper excellence while increasing product sales through assortment selection, promotional planning, and product placement.</li>
<li>Establishing an understanding of OTG's gourmet markets business, marketing strategies, and overall assortment.</li>
<li>Developing systems and processes for the Merchandising department.</li>
<li>Leading a team of category managers and being end-responsible for the results of the team.</li>
<li>Conduct market analysis and vendor business reviews both nationally and locally to ensure product lines are represented in all markets.</li>
<li>Assume responsibility of budget development and revenue for category.</li>
<li>Negotiate contracts to achieve the best possible volume purchasing cost, discounts, rebates, placement, annual incentives and other funding.</li>
<li>Research, syndicated data, and consumer-specific insights to inform creative and productive choices as it pertains to assortment and category management.</li>
<li>Select and position food, beverage, and retail category products.</li>
<li>Create full calendar promotion plans, working cross-functionally to implement.</li>
<li>Determine product assortment contingent with location requirements in mind as it pertains to volume, size, distribution, and local trends.</li>
<li>Track, measure and report financial impact of programs against financial targets.</li>
<li>Maintain product catalog information and master lists for forecasting and product delivery.</li>
<li>Collaborate with supply chain, buyers and merchandisers to expand product categories.</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree preferred</li>
<li>8+ years of related experience in the convenience, e-commerce, or CPG industry.</li>
<li>Expertise leading a team of category managers.</li>
<li>Knowledge of supply chain, inventory management and finance.</li>
<li>Experience with managing large and intricate projects, leading cross-functional projects, and teams.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.</li>
<li>Merchandising and visual display skills preferred, knowledge of schematics and floorplans, ability to develop and build from scratch.</li>
<li>Background in promotional activity and contract negotiations, superior negotiation skills.</li>
<li>Strong Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions).</li>
<li>Ability to travel as needed (25%+).</li>
</ul>
Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 per year plus bonus eligibility.

Position Summary: 
As a Project Manager at OTG, you will be responsible for driving project initiatives with our product team from inception through execution. In this role you will collaborate closely with operations and other cross-functional team members within the organization to ensure that our project roadmaps are well executed ensuring that we deliver high quality products on time and in budget.
 
Responsibilities: 
Strong project management fundamentals with a focus on agile planning, sprint execution, and retrospectives tailored to data teams.
 
Proven experience managing data or analytics projects, including data pipeline builds, infrastructure upgrades, and BI tool implementations.
 
Ability to translate high-level business objectives into detailed technical roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
 
Familiarity with modern data stack components is a plus (e.g., ETL tools, cloud data warehouses, version control, orchestration platforms.)
 
Skilled in working closely with data engineers, DBAs, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize work.
 
Experience facilitating technical discussions and ensuring alignment across engineering, analytics, and product teams.
 
Understanding of Looker (or similar BI platforms), including dashboard deployment workflows, LookML model maintenance, and permissions management.
 
Ability to manage enhancements to the Looker instance in coordination with data engineering and analytics stakeholders.
 
Experience managing data infrastructure projects such as database migrations, schema design changes, or performance tuning initiatives.
 
Able to synthesize technical progress into clear updates for leadership, identify blockers early, and drive resolution.
 
Comfortable managing competing priorities and making tradeoff decisions with data quality and business impact in min.
 
Qualifications: 
3–5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within a data, engineering, or analytics function.
 
Strong working knowledge of data tools and concepts (e.g., SQL, ELT/ETL, data warehousing, BI.)
 
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
 
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
 
Experience with Jira or other project management tools.
 
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment, including ability to manage multiple project resources with extensive project planning and execution skills.
 
Experience in managing large-scale, complex projects.
 
Experience with large data platforms.
 
Experience in leading inter-organization change to increase efficiency through the implementation of technology.
 
Data Analysis skills/experience required to understand the problems in data space and provide appropriate solutions.
 
Must have excellent analytical and research skills.
 
High integrity, work ethic, passion, and commitment to OTG values .
 
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
 
Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility

POSITION SUMMARY: 
We are seeking an agile team member with strong instincts and an eye for merchandising design and product trends. This person should move fast and be capable of breaking down and solving complex problems, with a strong will to get things done in a fast-paced environment. This person must be comfortable working through ambiguity and shifting priorities. An autonomous self-starter but also a team player.
 The successful candidate has experience building strong relationships, driving significant top and bottom-line results, and managing multiple responsibilities while developing and executing category strategy. They will work with strategic vendors/brands across assigned categories and must have the leadership presence, communication and negotiation skills to represent OTG at all levels of the organization.
 The candidate must also possess strong analytical skills and be comfortable drawing metrics-based conclusions by leveraging and interpreting data while working with cross-functional teams. The right candidate stays on top of the industry and competitive trends and can execute at both a strategic and tactical level to drive sales and margin growth while ensuring best-in-class customer experience.
 Creating and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with business partners as well as a hig h level of knowledge about customer interests are critical to being successful in this position.
 
RESPONSIBLITIES: 
<ul>
<li>Define a strategy to deliver optimal customer experience alongside profitable department and category growth.</li>
<li>Manage the key business inputs of product selection, price, and promotion to achieve sales, margin, unit and transactional targets</li>
<li>Partner with Marketing on promotions and media activities</li>
<li>Partner with vendor captains to design seasonal and annual strategies by category and subcategory.</li>
<li>Optimize sales and inventory productivity through analysis and plans that drive high-impact decision-making.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage assortment reporting, driving a high standard for analytical excellence.</li>
<li>Be an ambassador within the industry and continuously enhance OTG’s position.</li>
<li>Collaborating cross-functionally on necessary systems and process improvements.</li>
<li>Build financial plans in accordance with merchandise strategies to maximize profitability.</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Product knowledge in fresh, packaged food or non-food categories management experience preferred.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in business, retailing, management, sales, or marketing preferred</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience</li>
<li>Experience with product purchasing, negotiating, financial analysis, and inventory control at a corporate or chain retail level</li>
<li>Previous P&L management and strong financial analysis skills</li>
<li>Previous experience with planogram execution required.</li>
<li>Proficient using MS Office, Excel, database and word processing programs.</li>
<li>Exceptional skills in decision-making, negotiation, communication, relationship-building, organization and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task, pivot and succeed in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service</li>

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year plus Bonus Eligibility
