</b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities
</b></p><ul><li><p>Conducts safety checks at all points before initiating job at the client site.
</p></li><li><p>Performs the cleaning, lubrication and testing of the over speed governor.
</p></li><li><p>Checks the static balancing of the units, correcting over balance in the counterweights and adjusting final limits, under the guidance of a Senior Adjustor/Adjustor.
</p></li><li><p>Lubricates the Safety Action Mechanism and tests it according to the defined procedures.
</p></li><li><p>Performs under guidance the installation of door skates and sets door locks after driving the product through inspection mode and stopping at every landing and checking all bolts and fasteners for correct tightness.
</p></li><li><p>Performs unit safety check by travelling the car top through the shaft checking interference between moving parts, cabin, counterweight or any other piece of equipment.
</p></li><li><p>Checks all electrical operation of unit including car door, buttons and intercom.
</p></li><li><p>Escalates concerns at job sites to the Supervisor including filling out the NCR, process infractions and safety issues.
</p></li><li><p>Sets all contact parameters in the controller and puts the lift in normal operation.
</p></li><li><p>Adjusts the acceleration and deceleration and ride quality as per OTIS recommended standards in manual.
</p></li><li><p>Inspects the motor pit and escalator steps for any construction debris and cleans them, if necessary, as per the safety guidelines.
</p></li><li><p>Tests the escalator by removing the comb at both ends plates and hand, winds the motor for one complete cycle of travel to ensure there are no obstructions that might damage the steps or handrails.
</p></li><li><p>Prepares the new installation inspection report, field test data report, safety check report and Otis safety audit.

<p><b>1. Manage all pre-installation works :
</b></p><ul><li>Ensure availability of adequate and firsthand information of contractual scope of works and deliveries.
</li><li>Plan material deliveries in conjunction with factory and supply chain
</li><li>Monitor shaft readiness and ensure shafts dimensions are as per approved shop drawings
</li><li>Ensure adequate resources planning to meet project&rsquo;s contractual requirements.
</li>Award Purchase order for Sub contactors, local materials in conjunction with Project Manager and supply chain<br>

</li></ul><p></p><p><b>2. Coordination with main contractors, architects, and consultant teams on the projects requirement:
</b></p><ul><li>Shop drawings, Technical submittal ,Material sample, Method statement &amp; Inspection and Test Plan approval
</li><li>Plan and arrange Logistic programme for safe and timely deliveries of Escalators and elevator material inside the building premises
</li><li>Submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports to main contractor ( as applicable according to project requirement)
</li><li>Attend weekly/Bi weekly meetings with MC
</li><li>Advice MC of any deviation to scope of works and book Variation order
</li>Carry out Technical co-ordination and planning to interface elevators with Low Voltage devices<br>

</li></ul><p></p><p><b>3. Installation Phase:
</b></p><ul><li>Ensure Adequate resources are available (sub contractors employees, safe and certified capital tools)
</li><li>Raise Material Inspection Request upon deliveries of materials and approval
</li><li>Ensue proper communication/letters/ records keeping with the MC in conjunction with Project Manager pertaining to all aspects of the project
</li><li>Follow up of installation progress through MS Projects, Primavera or excel spread sheet as required.
</li><li>Plan risk assessment prior to hoisting and rigging and other critical activities
</li><li>Conduct TBT/FPA and ensure all other safety aspects are adhered to as per company&rsquo;s laid down safety procedures
</li><li>Follow installation progress through MS Projects, Primavera or excel spread sheet as required
</li><li>Raise Trouble reports for any missing, short shipped , defective materials and follow up their deliveries
</li><li>Advice /Support installation teams for any installation related issues
</li><li>Ensure installation manuals, Engineering drawings , approved shop drawings are available at all times
</li><li>Coordination with supply chain to ensure local materials are ordered and available on a timely manner
</li><li>Ensure in stage QA/QC are carried out as per company&rsquo;s laid down procedures
</li><li>Ensure T&amp;C plan and availability of adjustors to meet project&rsquo;s deadline
</li><li>Ensure timely readiness of Construction time usage as per project&rsquo;s requirement
</li><li>Ensure completion of Low voltage interfaces to elevator systems on a timely manner
</li><li>Ensure timely submission of monthly Interim payment applications and follow up payments
</li><li>Carry out Third party inspections as required
</li>Handover the units to customers in line with Company&rsquo;s policy and project&rsquo;s requirement<br>

</li></ul><p></p><p>4. Coordination with internal supporting departments (local engineering team, factory team, supply chain, finance) on all relevant areas to fulfill project deliveries.<br>
</p><p></p><p>5. Manage and responsible for the projects budget; including preparation and presentation of cost review to finance and management team.<br>
</p><p></p><p><b>Minimum Qualifications
</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 5-year Elevator industry experience.
</li><li>Candidate should be fluent in English and Chinese
</li><li>Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
</li><li>Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
</li><li>Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities

Coordinate completion of contract-covered work with Mechanics (request assistance from Service Managers, as needed)</li><li>
