 TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

 Dubai (Egypt).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
 
 
 &bull; Determine selection criteria
 
 
 &bull; Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
 
 
 &bull; Schedule interview and selection process, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews (assess applicants, relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes)
 
 
 &bull; Assess candidate using our Applicant Tracking System (workday)
 
 
 &bull; Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
 
 
 &bull; Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
 
 
 &bull; Provide analytical and recruiting reports (dashboard etc)
 
 
 &bull; Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
 
 
 &bull; Completing offer initiation for new hires.
 
 
 &bull; Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards such as linkedin, workday, universities etc
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Recruiter Requirements:
 
 
 
 &bull; Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
 
 
 &bull; Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
 
 
 &bull; Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
 
 
 &bull; Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
 
 
 &bull; Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 
 
 &bull; Understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Minimum Qualification
 
 
 
 &bull; 8-10 years of experience
 
 
 &bull; At least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
 
 
 &bull; BSc in Human Resources Management or equivalent
 
 
 &bull; Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic is essential
