 So, what responsibilities does the Alternative Channels Assistant Manager take on at Otoko&ccedil; Sigorta?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 To take an active role in the infrastructure development processes of the Otoko&ccedil; Sigorta digital platform.
 </li>
 <li>
 To provide coordination with the Marketing team for business and process improvements and communication within the scope of the annual digital sales target of Otoko&ccedil; Sigorta and to follow the actions ,
 </li>
 <li>
 To support the realization of the commercial conditions of the campaigns to be implemented in the Otoko&ccedil; Sigorta digital platform and Call Center in accordance with the sales strategies,
 </li>
 <li>
 To work together with the Marketing team in finding and implementing digital business development ideas ,
 </li>
 <li>
 To manage the insurance call center operation, to monitor the performance criteria, to analyze and to take the necessary actions for improvement,
 </li>
 <li>
 To work together with the marketing team and other partners in the necessary analysis, editing, IT integration processes related to new insurance products and services,
 </li>
 <li>
 To work with business units, marketing team, IT and other partners in the management process of projects in digital channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Following and analyzing trends in the insurance industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Following the regulations of the regulators in the insurance sector and making the necessary updates
 </li>
 <li>
 To monitor the sales performance in the processes and to coordinate with the Marketing team for actions aimed at performance improvements,
 </li>
 <li>
 To make operational organization of website-insurance sales-collection-damage processes.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What are the Required Qualifications?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree from related departments of universities,
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 7 years of experience in online insurance sales channels,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in digital product management,
 </li>
 <li>
 High organizational and planning skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office applications,
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English.
 </li>
