About the Role</b></h2>
<p>
We are looking for a caring and reliable <b>Aftercare Teacher/Bus Driver</b> to join our team. This role is a unique blend of classroom support and safe transportation, ensuring children have a positive, fun, and nurturing experience every day.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul>
<li><p>Safely transport children to and from school and scheduled activities in compliance with safety and licensing requirements.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Perform pre- and post-trip bus inspections; maintain accurate transportation records.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Supervise, engage, and support children during aftercare hours.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and creativity.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Encourage cooperation, maintain discipline, and model positive behavior.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Follow all state childcare regulations and center policies.</p>
</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul>
<li><p>High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean 7-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).</p>
</li>
<li><p>Completion of ProSolutions transportation training (or willingness to complete).</p>
</li>
<li><p>At least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare setting.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Knowledge of state childcare rules and regulations.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with children.</p>
</li>
