This position may be filled as either Associate General Counsel or Senior Associate General Counsel depending on individual experience and qualifications. Preference will be given to those qualifying at the Senior level.</i></div><div></div><div>
General Description: Sr. Associate General Counsel reports to OUH&rsquo;s Chief Legal Counsel (CLO) and is responsible for assisting the CLO with the management of the legal, corporate compliance, and contracting functions of the company, as well as anticipated or pending litigation and business transactions. Sr. Associate Counsel provides comprehensive legal advice and support concerning all aspects of health care services provided at OUH facilities. Oversees outside counsel.</div><div></div><div><br>

Manage and direct the work of junior attorneys, paralegals and outside counsel, providing consistent and constructive feedback.</div></li><li><div>
Work closely with designated departments as necessary to respond to and resolve state and federal agency complaints/claims and anticipated or pending litigation.</div></li><li><div>
Review, draft and negotiate contracts, as necessary.</div></li><li><div>
Conduct legal research, as necessary.</div></li><li><div>
Assist with the review and development of policies and procedures.</div></li><li><div>
Assist with responding to subpoenas and requests for production of documents.</div></li><li><div>
Provide education and support on operational and regulatory matters relating to OUH facilities and business adherence to OUH policy, and alignment with company strategy, core values, mission and vision.</div></li><li><div>
Work with and manage outside counsel selected to assist with large and complicated legal matters, transactions, employment matters, and litigation.</div></li><li><div>
Provide education and support for designated committees from time to time.</div></li><li><div>
Communicate effectively with executives and management regarding legal implications of business strategies, policies, procedures, pending or anticipated litigation, and other activities.</div></li><li><div>
Review and analyze arrangements between OUH and other parties on compliance for applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.</div></li><li><div>
Give training presentations from time-to-time on legal issues that pertain to OUH and applicable healthcare or business issues.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure deliverables and performance metrics are met.</div></li></ul><div></div><div><br>

Minimum Qualifications (Senior Associate General Counsel):</div><div>
Education: Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA-accredited institution required.</div><div></div><div>
Experience: 10 years of progressive leadership experience in general corporate law, litigation, and/or health care law required, with a minimum of 7 years of general contracting experience strongly preferred. A strong academic background and working knowledge of federal and state healthcare laws preferred. Prior law firm, in-house, health care transactions, GPOs, as well as AI, IT, medical equipment/supplies, real estate and supply chain contracting experience preferred.</div><div></div><div>
License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: Current attorney license and bar affiliation in the State of Oklahoma or the ability to get licensed within twelve months.</div><div></div><div>
Minimum Qualifications (Associate General Counsel):</div><div></div><div>

The Mgr Patient Acquisition &amp; Consumer Engagement serves as OU Health&rsquo;s strategic and operational lead for digital growth, overseeing the rebuild and performance of OUHealth.com and the activation of our consumer technology stack. This role lives within Marketing and Growth and is responsible for working collaboratively across the entire organization, including with the OU College of Medicine, to deliver a frictionless digital experience that increases access, acquisition, and brand affinity.</div><div></div><div>
This position will lead an internal web team, aligning enterprise technology, CRM, and content systems to create a measurable, data-driven patient acquisition engine.</div><div></div><div>
