Job OverviewThe Senior Finance Executive will play a key role in supporting business decisions through financial insights, analysis, and collaboration with internal stakeholders. This role involves driving financial performance by partnering with business units, analyzing trends, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring alignment between financial goals and strategic priorities.Responsibilities and Duties1. Business Partnering &amp; Decision Support<ul><li>Act as a finance partner to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with commercial, operations, and project teams to understand key business drivers and provide financial guidance.</li><li>Support business cases for new initiatives, investments, and cost-saving projects.</li><li>Assist in scenario analysis, pricing evaluations, and margin analysis to aid strategic decision-making.</li></ul>2. Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A)<ul><li>Support preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.</li><li>Analyze variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities.</li><li>Prepare monthly management reports and dashboards for business reviews.</li></ul>3. Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Monitor key financial metrics and operational KPIs to evaluate business performance.</li><li>Consolidate financial data from multiple departments for accurate and timely reporting.</li><li>Assist in presenting financial performance summaries to senior management.</li></ul>4. Process Improvement &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Identify areas for process automation and efficiency improvement in financial reporting and analysis.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.</li><li>Liaise with internal and external auditors during financial reviews.</li></ul>5. Cross-functional Collaboration<ul><li>Partner with procurement, HR, and project management teams to ensure financial alignment on major initiatives.</li><li>Provide training or guidance to non-financial stakeholders to improve financial literacy across the organization.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (4 Years) in finance, Accounting, (master&rsquo;s degree or ACCA/CIMA/CA finalist preferred).</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or business partnering roles.</li><li>Strong understanding of financial statements, business modeling, and performance metrics.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI (or other data visualization tools).</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current salary?</li><li>What is your expected salary?</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job OverviewIndependently design research projects, execute, and deliver tracking dips for Key accounts and resolve client queries with minimal supervision of line manager.Responsibilities and DutiesResearch &ndash; Project Planning &amp; Proposal Development&middot; Review client&rsquo;s Research Brief &amp; coordinate with the client for any clarifications or inputs required.&middot; Design sampling framework.&middot; Coordinate &amp; negotiate with Project Management team for project cost &amp; timelines.&middot; Develop research proposals based on the Research Brief &amp; clarifications/discussions with the client.&middot; Coordinate with the client for any inputs on the proposal &amp; finalize the proposal accordingly.Research &ndash; Questionnaire Design&middot; Coordinate with the client for any inputs required to update the questionnaires.&middot; Update bilingual Questionnaires using Q-Lib / MS Word.&middot; Coordinate with the client for any inputs/feedback on the bilingual Questionnaires and finalize the Questionnaire accordingly.&middot; Coordinate with the Project Management team &amp; client for development &amp; finalization of English &amp; Urdu scripts.Research &ndash; Project Set-up &amp; Execution&middot; Prepare &amp; finalize field Master Kit documents in coordination with the Project Management team.&middot; Conduct Master Briefing Session to train field team.&middot; Supervise &amp; monitor Interviewer Briefing &amp; Mock sessions and Fieldwork Execution.&middot; Understand &amp; Resolve queries raised by Project Management Team, Field Team &amp; other functions.&middot; Coordinate with the Project Management team for monitoring of Quality Control Procedures &amp; Outputs.&middot; Ensure the project is conducted as per the protocols &amp; client expectations.&middot; Ensure the project is conducted as per the committed timelines.Research &ndash; Analysis &amp; Report Writing&middot; Prepare &amp; finalize analysis plan in coordination with the Project Management.&middot; Coordinate with the Project Management team to finalize the data file.&middot; Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business questions &amp; requirements.&middot; Develop a project report containing the research findings.&middot; Coordinate with the client for any inputs/feedback on the report and finalize the report accordingly.&middot; Present the report to the client.Client Management&middot; Develop a healthy working relationship with the client.&middot; Understand the industry dynamics &amp; client business.&middot; Understand the various team members in the client team &amp; communicate/coordinate accordingly.&middot; Communicate and coordinate with the client at various stages of the projects as detailed above.&middot; Handle simple client project queries regarding research inputs and outputs.&middot; Coordinate with seniors to handle complex client queries regarding research inputs &amp; outputs.QUALIFICATION / CAPABILITIES&middot; Completed Post Graduation &ndash; Degree in Business Administration, preferably but not limited to marketing.&middot; Minimum of 1 - 2 year of work experience in the research industry.&middot; Analytical ability with proven numeracy skills.&middot; Computer literacy &ndash; proficiency in MS Office.&middot; Business writing/Presentation skills.&middot; Basic commercial skills (cost and time management).&middot; Strong attention to detail.&middot; Marketing knowledge and a thorough understanding of marketing research principles.&middot; Open to travelling across the country for briefings &amp; fieldwork accompanimentJob Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current salary?</li><li>What is your expected salary?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
