 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 The role is a service-driven Caf&eacute; Manager to lead the caf&eacute; operations within our luxury retail store. This role is integral to delivering an exceptional, refined hospitality experience that aligns seamlessly with the brand and customer-centric values. The Caf&eacute; Manager will oversee daily operations, lead the team, provide excellent service, and while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and guest engagement
 
 
 
 What You Will Be Doing
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deliver an elevated, personalized caf&eacute; experience reflective of a luxury brand environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure exceptional service standards, anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns with discretion and professionalism
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage budgets, labor costs, and cost of goods to meet financial targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee all caf&eacute; operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance across FOH, bar, and kitchen
 </li>
 <li>
 Own operational standards, SOPs, and continuous improvement across service and back-of-house processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify operational risks and lead issue resolution and escalation when required
 </li>
 <li>
 Own caf&eacute; performance against key KPIs (sales, labor, COGS, waste, guest satisfaction)
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and waste control
 </li>
 <li>
 Own performance management, feedback, and development plans for caf&eacute; staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure structured onboarding, training, and ongoing skills development for all caf&eacute; team members
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the main point of contact between caf&eacute; operations and internal stakeholders (mainly Operations)
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with HR on policies, regulations, staffing, and performance processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the execution of promotions, launches, and special activations in collaboration with relevant teams
 
 
 </li>

 Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of luxury service standards and customer engagement. Knowledge of specialty coffee, premium food offerings, and caf&eacute; operations preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to build healthy working relations with business executives, vendors, and peers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to effectively manage time spent on various tasks and prioritize.

Cafe Manager

Translating brand visual strategy into local execution across the offline points of sale and ensuring each store reflects the brand s identity.Coordinating with the Store Experience Manager and Brand VM team to align on product launches, activations, and campaign rollouts.Overseeing floor layouts, store displays, and fixture presentations to ensure a visually engaging and commercial setup.Ensuring brand visual guidelines and directives are being implemented accurately and consistently across all display areas.Planning and executing product zoning and display updates based on sales performance, seasonal priorities, and customer flow.Monitoring sell-through and analyzing visual impact, proposing adjustments that enhance product visibility and drive commercial results.Collaborating with the back-of-house team to ensure key display products are available, prepared, and replenished in a timely manner.Maintaining fixtures, lighting, and display materials in pristine condition, ensuring all visual elements meet brand standards.Managing visual merchandising schedules and ensuring all points of sale are remaining visually aligned and brand-compliant.Guiding store teams on VM standards, styling techniques, and display maintenance to ensure daily visual consistency.Training front-of-house associates on maintaining visual discipline, proper product handling, and presentation standards.Supporting performance development for junior visual or display assistants by providing hands-on guidance, feedback, and coaching to strengthen their skills and understanding of brand aesthetics.
