Social Media Manager (Full-Time)Location: On-Site / Rehabari, Guwahati Company: OCL Services (Courier &amp; Logistics)About the RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for someone who actually knows what they&rsquo;re doing - not just a &ldquo;reels maker.&rdquo; You&rsquo;ll manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Facebook, and Instagram. This job is about consistency, strategy, and understanding what works for a B2B logistics brand.If you can&rsquo;t handle analytics, copywriting, and proper scheduling - this isn&rsquo;t for you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and execute a weekly content calendar for all platforms</li><li>Create clear, professional posts (text, creatives, short videos)</li><li>Write job postings and manage responses on Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Jobs</li><li>Track performance metrics: reach, leads, applicant quality, engagement</li><li>Work with management to refine messaging and branding</li><li>Stay on top of logistics-industry trends and competitors</li><li>Coordinate with design/editor (if needed)</li><li>Maintain professional, consistent brand voice across platforms</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience managing social media for a company (preferably B2B or logistics)</li><li>Strong writing skills - no generic motivational posts</li><li>Ability to create basic graphics (Canva or similar)</li><li>Understanding of growth strategies: hashtags, timing, SEO for job posts</li><li>Ability to research, track, and optimize</li><li>Reliability + fast communication (non-negotiable)</li></ul>What We Expect From You<ul><li>No &ldquo;post for the sake of posting&rdquo;</li><li>You must think: &ldquo;What drives leads, brand trust, and good applicants?&rdquo;</li><li>You must bring ideas - not wait for instructions every day</li><li>Ability to take feedback and improve fast</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Stable full-time role</li><li>Growth opportunities</li><li>Clear KPIs and structure so you know exactly what success looks like</li><li>Work with a rapidly expanding logistics company</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
