Part-Time Nanny | Upper Saddle River, NJLocation: Upper Saddle River, NJSchedule &amp; Compensation<ul><li>$30-$33/hour, DOE</li><li>Guaranteed 22 hours per week</li><li>Start date: August 2026 (potentially earlier for the right candidate)</li><li>Schedule: The family has flexibility to work with the candidate&rsquo;s schedule, as long as it&rsquo;s within general working hours between Monday &ndash; Thursday. The parents are now looking to welcome a nanny they can trust to help their family navigate childcare and upcoming milestones. Reliability, cleanliness and proactive engagement with children are important for this role, and they are hoping to build a long-term relationship with the right caregiver.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide attentive, engaging and nurturing care for 1 year old and infant (&lt;1 year</li><li>old)</li><li>Create a calm, engaging, and developmentally supportive environment</li><li>Plan age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and exploration</li><li>Support daily routines and transitions</li><li>Nap support</li><li>Child related meal prep and cleaning</li><li>Maintain organization and cleanliness related to the children</li></ul>Ideal Candidate/ Requirements<ul><li>Proven ability to care for infants under 1 years old and older, especially at the</li><li>same time</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of infant and early childhood</li><li>milestones/development</li><li>Genuine care-giving ability, with an active and engaging approach to nannying</li><li>Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistency and cleanliness</li><li>Values building trust and connection with parents</li><li>Pediatric CPR certified (or willingness to obtain before start date)</li><li>2 Excellent references from paid childcare roles that can be contacted by the</li><li>family</li><li>Able to pass a background check (completed by the candidate, after being</li><li>provided with a contingent offer)</li><li>Up to date on relevant vaccinations and can provide documentation</li><li>Paid, childcare experience, ideally in a private setting lasting at least 2+ years</li></ul>Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>This family is seeking candidates that are open to providing vaccine documentation.
