 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Responsible for exceeding the customer expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt, and attentive service, that is guided by each guest&rsquo;s preference and cues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu. Recommend, upsell, and reinforcing the customers&rsquo; orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare food and condiments adhering to Outback standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Accuracy with guest orders to ensure satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Buss tables, deliver food and beverages, and ensure every opportunity to WOW a customer is complete. Teamwork is essential and required by all Outbackers.

 Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.

 Requirements

 Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol.
 </li>

 Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.
 </li>

 Able to work in hot and cold environments.

 Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.
 </li>

 Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping.

 Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems.

 Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
