Overview Join our dynamic landscape and snow removal team, where your expertise will keep outdoor spaces safe, functional, and beautiful year-round. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining pristine lawns, managing landscape features, and ensuring safe snow plowing operations during winter months. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will help create and preserve stunning outdoor environments while providing essential winter services to our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of tools and machinery, and make a tangible difference in community spaces.Duties<ul><li>Operate snow plows, including snow blowers and other power tools, to clear driveways, walkways, parking lots, and public areas efficiently and safely.</li><li>Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and aerating to maintain healthy, attractive landscapes throughout the growing season.</li><li>Conduct landscape maintenance activities including planting, pruning trees and shrubs, installing hardscape features like patios or walkways, and managing irrigation systems.</li><li>Use hand tools and power tools to perform routine maintenance on equipment and landscape features.</li><li>Assist with tree care tasks such as trimming, pruning, or removal using appropriate equipment like chainsaws or excavators when necessary.</li><li>Support construction projects related to landscaping or hardscape installations by operating excavators or other heavy machinery.</li><li>Ensure safety protocols are followed during snow plowing operations and landscape maintenance to prevent accidents or damage.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating lawn care equipment, excavators, or other construction machinery.</li><li>Strong background in lawn care, landscaping, horticulture, or gardening practices.</li><li>Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in landscape maintenance and snow plowing.</li><li>Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming and pruning for health and safety purposes.</li><li>Experience with irrigation systems installation or repair is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for demanding tasks.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to maintenance and safety standards.
