As an integral part of this mission, we&rsquo;re hiring a Content Designer to help ensure our product platform&rsquo;s message is compelling and remains consistent, and unique.</div><div>
As a Senior Content Designer, you&rsquo;ll help us build scalable guidelines and tools to improve the workflows of sales teams and professionals. You&rsquo;ll be a highly sought-after designer who tackles our most complex content-led problems and evangelizes Content Design across all products . Working closely with Product Design, User Research, Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, and other partners, you&rsquo;ll ultimately be creating a cohesive product platform that allows businesses to focus more of their energy and time on their customers.</div><div></div><div><br>

<div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Your Daily Adventures:</b></h3><ul><li><ul><li>
Partnering with a strong, fast-moving product team of designers, researchers, product managers, product marketing managers, engineers, and other internal teams</li><li>
Establishing the content strategy for a given area, ensuring consistency across features, AI agents and AI experiences across products</li><li>
Writing clear, concise, and compelling copy across multiple touchpoints (including UI elements, education, emails, notifications, UXs, and more)</li><li>
Building out messaging frameworks, competitive audits, and other content strategy deliverables to defend rationale for project work and further educate the rest of the team about Content Design</li><li>
Evangelizing the Content Design function. This includes contributing to the voice and tone of the platform and providing a content strategy perspective during visioning exercises, product development, and other strategic decision-making.</li><li>
Working with cross-functional peers to align on product goals and deliverables, and helps the team strike the right balance between business goals, user goals, and the user experience</li><li>
Regularly sharing work and gathers feedback on copy and content strategy, and providing actionable feedback in turn for other writers</li></ul></li></ul></div></div>
<div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Basic Requirements:</b></h3><ul><li><ul><li>
5+ years of experience as a Content Designer, Content Strategist, or related roles involving writing product copy for web/mobile interfaces</li><li>
Outstanding writing, editing, and content strategy skills</li><li>
Similarly excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Strong understanding of common design patterns and UX principles</li><li>
Proven experience on content-led projects and other highly-complex product work</li><li>
Ability to successfully collaborative in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Passion for Content Design and for building products with amazing people</li><li>
Figma proficiency a -plus</li><li>
Portfolio of writing samples</li></ul></li></ul></div></div>

This is a remote role, however you&rsquo;ll be required to travel to the Hyderabad office occasionally to meet the team.</li></ul></li></ul></div></div>
