The ideal candidate will ensure HR policies align with our business goals, foster a positive and inclusive work environment, and manage all employee-related issues from recruitment to talent management.ResponsibilitiesStrategic leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the company's overall business objectives.Recruitment and talent acquisition: Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.Employee relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for all employee queries and concerns. Mediate conflicts, conduct investigations, and address employee relations issues to maintain a harmonious workplace.Performance management: Oversee the performance appraisal system, providing guidance and coaching to managers and employees to drive high performance and career development.Compensation and benefits: Administer and manage the company's compensation structure and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with labor laws.HR policies and compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. Ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Training and development: Identify organizational training needs and design or coordinate programs to enhance employee skills, leadership, and overall professional growth.Employee engagement and retention: Implement initiatives and programs designed to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.HR administration: Manage essential administrative tasks, including payroll support, maintaining HR information systems (HRIS), and handling employee termination procedures.QualificationsMSW (Master of Social Work) in Human Resources or other degrees with extensive experience in Human Resources Role.Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in another senior HR role.In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Required skillsCommunication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams toward achieving organizational goals.Problem-solving: Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to resolve complex workplace issues effectively.Ethical conduct: High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.Interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong sense of empathy and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.Organizational skills: Superior organizational and time-management skills to multitask and prioritize various responsibilities effectively.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;75,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
