Description Employees in this job complete and oversee a variety of professional assignments tofacilitate a departmental landscape design program and assist in daily office tasks.Duties1. Assist design team &amp; office in tasks needing completion2. Draw existing yard conditions in AutoCAD for designers (training provided)3. Prepare paperwork for appointments (plant sheets &amp; estimates)4. Follow up appointments / calls5. Organization / reminders for designers6. HOA Submittals &amp; Manage Approval Status7. Print / Plot designs &amp; Prepare Paperwork for Construction Crews8. Customer Care (Communication on Scheduling, Organize Questions/Changes for Designers, etc)Expectations1. Maintain a clean and presentable appearance2. Be responsible for upkeep of equipment &ndash; phone, computer, etc3. Limit personal phone calls/ texts / e-mails4. Arrive on time every day5. Have a positive attitude6. Always try to learn more7. Stay focused and organized8. &ldquo;Own&rdquo; your position9. Care about the job that you do10. Ability to complete multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment11. Motivated Self StarterComputer Knowledge Requirements &ndash; Program Knowledge (Adobe, Microsoft Office especially Excel.)
