We deliver a first-class experience while leading the way in delivery excellence!!!Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Use handheld device provided for routing information and follow GPS, and customer delivery requests.</li><li>Use handheld device to record and update delivery progress.</li><li>Report on time each day to the Waldorf warehouse location with assigned uniform attire.</li><li>Be CUSTOMER FOCUSED! We strive to provide the best customer experience we can on each and every delivery and every interaction we have.</li><li>Lift packages up to 50 lbs. (hand truck is provided)</li><li>Work 10 plus hour shifts on a regular basis and be open to being on call as needed</li><li>Comply with all safety rules and work policies</li><li>Be positive and professional with other delivery associates and customers</li><li>Be ready to tackle challenges and solve problems to meet customer needs</li><li>Have good organizational skills and communications skills</li><li>Deliver a wide variety of packages, 200+ per day, involving leaving and entering the cargo van, sometimes climbing stairs</li><li>Load, unload, prepare and safely operate the cargo van in varying weather conditions (i.e. Rain/Snow/Sun/cold)</li><li>Ensure the cargo van is clean, fueled, and in good operating condition each day</li><li>Complete an inspection of the cargo van before and after scheduled route</li><li>Be able to operate and navigate a delivery van, weighing 10,000 lbs. or less (you do not need to provide your own vehicle)</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must be 21 years of age</li><li>Must have a valid Driver&rsquo;s license (CDL is a plus)</li><li>Must be able to easily enter/exit vehicle multiple times a day, and climb stairs as needed</li><li>Must be eligible to work in the U.S</li><li>Must have a safe driving record</li><li>Must be able to lift and move packages weighing up to roughly 50 lbs.
