 The Role
 
 
 
 Our GTM engine runs on clean data, tight systems, and fast answers &mdash; and this role exists to own all three. As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day health of our GTM tech stack while independently driving systems projects from intake through launch. You'll love this job if you're someone who spots a recurring Salesforce issue and doesn't just fix it &mdash; you eliminate it, then documents why it happened. This is an incredible opportunity to help lead the future of dental care by building the operational foundation that lets our Sales, CS, and Marketing teams move faster and close better.
 
 
 This is a fully remote role based outside of the US in Pakistan, Egypt, or the Philippines. Candidates must be able to work 9 am- 5 pm EST, M-F.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 GTM Support &amp; Deal Desk: Triage and resolve day-to-day systems issues across Salesforce and the broader GTM stack &mdash; including deal process questions, user access, opportunity routing, approvals, and ad hoc troubleshooting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Root Cause Analysis &amp; Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring ticket patterns, determine root cause, and implement durable fixes. Actively explore automation and AI tools to eliminate manual effort and improve GTM team efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 End-to-End Project Ownership: Independently manage small-to-medium GTM systems projects &mdash; gathering requirements, designing the solution, building, testing, documenting, and driving adoption.
 </li>
 <li>
 Salesforce Administration: Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, formula fields, page layouts, permissions, and data imports. Own user provisioning and access management across GTM systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Data Quality &amp; Governance: Implement SOPs and system controls to maintain Salesforce as a trusted source of truth. Own data hygiene execution, data dictionaries, and cleanup projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Documentation &amp; Enablement: Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, release notes, and new hire onboarding content for GTM systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to gather requirements, improve workflows, and ensure changes land consistently across teams.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience in a systems analyst, sales operations, or GTM technology role, preferably in B2B SaaS or a high-growth tech environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on Salesforce experience including Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, permissions, and data imports &mdash; not just familiarity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience troubleshooting integrations and sync issues across connected GTM tools (CPQ, Gong, Chili Piper, sales engagement platforms, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong data quality instincts &mdash; enforcing data rules, managing hygiene projects, and keeping Salesforce a trusted source of truth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to workflow automation tools (Workato, Zapier, n8n) or genuine interest in applying AI to GTM operations is a strong plus.

 As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Overjet Voice, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in building and evolving our AI-powered dental platform. You&rsquo;ll work across the stack &mdash; helping deliver fast, secure, and scalable features, while improving developer experience and infrastructure along the way.
 
 
 This role requires someone who can contribute both frontend and backend, collaborate well with cross-functional teams, and write clean, maintainable code that balances speed and quality. We&rsquo;re not looking for experts in a specific framework &mdash; we&rsquo;re looking for engineers who are adaptable, resourceful, and care about building things right.
 
 
 Please note that while this position is fully remote, we are looking for candidates based in Egypt for this role.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
