Qualified Candidates:<ul><li>
Demonstrated track record of physician leadership and program growth, with experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives</li><li>
Excellent surgical skills in both cranial and spinal neurosurgery, typically with a 70/30 or 80/20 split depending upon the specific practice needs</li><li>
Develop and implement strategies to expand neurosurgery services, enhance program offerings and increase market share within the Kansas City region</li><li>
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of neurosurgeons and advanced practice providers</li><li>
Guide initiatives to improve clinical performance, reduce readmission rates and enhance patient experience.
</li><li>Board Certification in neurosurgery</li><li>
5+ years of clinical experience</li><li>
2+ years of leading a clinical administrative or academic department OR aptitude for physician leadership</li><li>
Current medical licensure in Missouri and/or Kansas (or ability to obtain)</li></ul>

Job Summary:
College Park Family Care Center, a large multi-specialty group, is seeking a family medicine physician to join their group in Olathe, Kansas. 
 
Qualified Candidates:<ul><li>
Option to incorporate obstetrics while living and working in a suburban community; C-section support provided by board certified OBGYNs</li><li>
Ability to perform procedures based on clinical interests including but not limited to colposcopies, endoscopies, vasectomies, minor surgeries, etc.</li><li>
Minimum of 1:6 call rotation</li><li>
Access to patient clinical trials</li><li>
APP support to enhance efficiency and access to care</li><li>
Access to advanced in-house technologies including advanced diagnostic and imaging services like 3D mammography, echos, nuclear stress tests, digital x-ray, and ultrasound</li><li>
