Position Overview</b></p><p>
Overnight Parts Alliance (OPA) is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Recruiter to support hiring efforts across the organization. This role plays a critical part in identifying, screening, and progressing candidates through the recruiting process while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience.</p><p>
The Recruiter will work closely with both the HR Manager and Operations Manager, becoming familiar with all OPA positions, utilizing ADP Recruiting, and managing pre-employment background checks. This is a part-time salaried position based on approximately 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to work remotely after training is completed.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><div><ul><li>
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of all positions within Overnight Parts Alliance, including job requirements and hiring priorities</li><li>
Learn, navigate, and utilize the ADP Recruiting system to manage requisitions and candidate workflows</li><li>
Conduct professional phone screenings and candidate follow-up</li><li>
Initiate, monitor, and manage all types of background checks accurately and confidentially</li><li>
Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with hiring leaders</li><li>
Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date recruiting records and documentation</li><li>
Communicate effectively with candidates, the HR Manager, and the Operations Manager regarding hiring status and needs</li><li>
Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and confidentiality requirements</li><li>
Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process</li><li>
Assist with additional recruiting and HR-related tasks as assigned</li></ul></div><p><b>
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></p><div><ul><li>
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail</li><li>
Professional and confident phone presence with strong communication skills</li><li>
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion</li><li>
Comfortable learning and using applicant tracking systems (ADP experience preferred but not required)</li><li>
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment</li><li>
Basic computer proficiency (email, calendar management, document handling)</li></ul></div><p><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></p><div><ul><li>
Previous recruiting, staffing, or HR support experience</li><li>
Experience with background check processes and pre-employment screening</li><li>
Familiarity with remote or partially remote work environments</li></ul></div><p><b>
