If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about creating an organized, welcoming workspace, this opportunity is perfect for you!Duties<ul><li>Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette</li><li>Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently and route messages accurately</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents</li><li>Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and record-keeping purposes</li><li>Support office management by coordinating calendar appointments, scheduling meetings, and managing time-sensitive tasks</li><li>Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies</li><li>Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven office experience or administrative support background demonstrating strong organizational skills</li><li>Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing excellent phone etiquette</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clients and team members effectively</li><li>Strong computer literacy with knowledge of Google Workspace applications and data entry procedures</li><li>Previous personal assistant or calendar management experience is a plus</li><li>Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy</li></ul>Join us in creating a vibrant, well-organized office environment where your skills will make a meaningful impact!
