Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><br>
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skincare concerns, medical history, and lifestyle factors, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and goals.</li><li>Perform a wide range of advanced skincare treatments, such as chemical peels, HydraFacial, laser treatments, and other non-surgical procedures, tailored to individual client requirements.</li><li>Administer facials and other skincare services using professional techniques and high-quality products to improve skin tone, texture, and overall appearance.</li><li>Offer expert advice on skincare regimens, including product recommendations and lifestyle modifications, to maintain and enhance treatment results.</li><li>Utilize medical-grade equipment and technologies effectively and safely, adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.</li><li>Educate clients on proper skincare practices, including sun protection, nutrition, and lifestyle choices that promote healthy skin.</li><li>Conduct pre- and post-treatment assessments, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications.</li><li>Collaborate with Aesthetic Practitioners to develop comprehensive treatment plans.</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes, consent forms, and progress photos, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest advancements in skincare, cosmetic procedures, and industry trends through continuous education and professional development.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Skills, Knowledge, &amp; Expertise</b></h3><div><br>

Education / Experience Requirements</b></div><ul><li>Licensed Aesthetician.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of concentrated experience in medical aesthetics, laser treatments, and all other premium aesthetic services is preferred.</li><li>Medical CRM/Zenoti experience is a plus.</li><li>Must be available for nights M-Thur (til 9pm)</li><li>Must be laser trained</li></ul><div>

As an Aesthetic Practitioner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a pivotal role in helping our clients enhance their natural beauty and achieve their desired aesthetic goals.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><br>

Conduct consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns, desired outcomes, and medical history, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.</li>
<li>Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, such as Botox/neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other wrinkle-reducing procedures, in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.</li>
<li>Administer injections accurately, considering facial anatomy, symmetry, and proper dosage to achieve optimal results while minimizing risks and side effects.</li>
<li>Stay up to date with the latest advancements in cosmetic injectables, techniques, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications that may arise.</li>
<li>Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and expected outcomes, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the procedure.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Medical Aestheticians to develop comprehensive treatment plans.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and regulatory standards, including infection control, product storage, and disposal procedures.</li>
