We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aesthetic Practitioner to join OVME. As an Aesthetic Practitioner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a pivotal role in helping our clients enhance their natural beauty and achieve their desired aesthetic goals.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Conduct consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns, desired outcomes, and medical history, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.</li>
<li>Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, such as Botox/neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other wrinkle-reducing procedures, in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.</li>
<li>Administer injections accurately, considering facial anatomy, symmetry, and proper dosage to achieve optimal results while minimizing risks and side effects.</li>
<li>Stay up to date with the latest advancements in cosmetic injectables, techniques, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications that may arise.</li>
<li>Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and expected outcomes, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the procedure.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Medical Aestheticians to develop comprehensive treatment plans.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and regulatory standards, including infection control, product storage, and disposal procedures.</li>
<li>Uphold a high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality while interacting with clients and maintaining a safe and comfortable treatment environment.</li>
<li>Continuously pursue professional development and training opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills in the field of cosmetic injectables.</li></ul><br>

Skills, Knowledge, &amp; Expertise</b></h3><div><b><br>
Education / Experience Requirements</b></div><ul>
<li>2+ years of injecting experience.</li>
<li>Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate.</li>
<li>Ability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month.</li>

<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented collaborative team environment.</li>
<li>Social media proficiency is required.</li>
<li>Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Ability to work well independently, in a team environment, and with remote employees.</li>
