About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales &amp; Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while assisting customers, handling inquiries, and generating sales opportunities.Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent in Arabic (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) &ndash; Mandatory</li><li>Basic knowledge of customer service and sales</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently</li><li>Active and reliable internet connection</li><li>IOS or Android smartphone</li><li>Laptop or PC for daily work activities</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly</li><li>Provide product and service information to customers</li><li>Follow up with potential customers and generate sales</li><li>Maintain positive customer relationships</li><li>Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions</li><li>Meet sales and customer service targets set by the company</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Commission-based earnings</li><li>A basic salary may be offered after successful completion of the trial period, depending on the candidate's performance, skills, and abilities</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Remote (Work from Anywhere)</li></ul>How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to send their updated CV/resume for review.
