 &bull; Carry out high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel and sheet metal components
 
 
 &bull; Work from and interpret technical engineering drawings
 
 
 &bull; Fabricate and assemble components to precise specifications
 
 
 &bull; Ensure all welds meet quality and inspection standards
 
 
 &bull; Work on bespoke, small batch, and production-based projects
 
 
 &bull; Operate workshop equipment safely and efficiently
 
 
 &bull; Perform finishing and inspection of welded components
 
 
 &bull; Maintain a clean and safe working environment
 
 
 &bull; Work collaboratively with the production and engineering teams

 Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
 
 
 
 &bull; Minimum 15 years&rsquo; experience in TIG welding
 
 
 &bull; Extensive experience welding stainless steel and sheet metal
 
 
 &bull; Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
 
 
 &bull; Strong fabrication and assembly skills
 
 
 &bull; Experience working within a precision engineering or fabrication environment
 
 
 &bull; Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
 
 
 &bull; Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 
 
 &bull; Fluent English communication skills
 
 
 &bull; Right to work in the United Kingdom
 
 
 
 
 
 Desirable Experience / Skills
 
 
 
 &bull; Experience working with thin gauge materials
 
 
 &bull; Previous experience within aerospace, automotive, or specialist fabrication industries
 
 
 &bull; Welding qualifications or coded welding certificates
 
 
 &bull; Experience with polishing and finishing stainless steel components
 
 
 &bull; Forklift or overhead crane experience
