PAYROLL/HR ADMINISTRATOR &ndash; OLD TOWN
We are looking for a Payroll/HR Administrator to join our administrative team.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Duties include:</h2><ul><li>
Code daily time data</li><li>
Enter daily payroll data</li><li>
Double check payroll data for pay checks</li><li>
Run weekly direct deposits</li><li>
Submit unemployment reports to state</li><li>
Manage employee insurance status</li><li>
Oversee CDL drug testing</li><li>
Manage employee files</li><li>
Scale trucks (w/ others)</li><li>
Answer phone calls (W/ others)</li><li>
Cross train for other tasks</li><li>
Revise employee handbook</li><li>
Update employee training videos</li><li>
 Other duties may apply as needed</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Schedule:</h2><ul><li>
Monday through Friday</li><li>
40 hours per week</li><li>
Overtime available if needed</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
