Online Entrepreneurship Teacher/Mentor (Female Candidates Only)Company: OwlMinds (www.owlminds.com)Role: Online Teacher &ndash; Entrepreneurship (Ages 5&ndash;16)Mode: Remote | Online Live ClassesExperience Required: Prior online teaching or EdTech experience Gender: Female candidates only.Work Schedule Weekdays (Mon&ndash;Fri): 4 hours/day anytime between 3 PM &ndash; 9 PMOne fixed weekly off (between Mon&ndash;Fri)Weekends (Sat &amp; Sun): Mandatory working days 4 hours/day anytime between 9 AM &ndash; 9 PMTotal: 6 working days/weekKey Responsibilities :-<ul><li>Conduct interactive online classes on Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Communication, and Creative Thinking for children aged 5&ndash;16.</li><li>Use activity-based teaching, storytelling, presentations, and real-world examples.</li><li>Guide students through idea generation, problem solving, and basic business concepts.</li><li>Ensure smooth, engaging delivery using EdTech tools, whiteboards, and LMS platforms.</li><li>Communicate professionally with parents and internal academic teams.</li></ul>Required Qualifications :-<ul><li>Female candidates only Minimum 1 year of online teaching / EdTech experience</li><li>Excellent English communication skills Strong ability to engage and manage young learners in an online environment</li><li>Interest or familiarity with entrepreneurship concepts is a plus.</li><li>Preferred Candidates - have experience with online teaching and EdTech platforms.</li></ul>Technical Requirements:-<ul><li>Personal laptop/desktop with reliable performance .</li><li>High-speed internet (100 Mbps or above recommended) Webcam, microphone, and a quiet teaching environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits: Flexible schedule, Work from homeJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: ₹200.00 - ₹300.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 &ndash; 35 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Online Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Fluent English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
