We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The Service Technician is responsible for providing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, or arranging for repairs of equipment and all operating systems. The ideal candidate would be a reliable self-starter who is able to work autonomously, has a mix of mechanical and technical skills and takes initiative and has pride in their work. Must have excellent attention to detail and strong customer service. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company.</p><p>
Responsibilities</p><ul><li>
Perform highly diversified duties to repair, install, and maintain petroleum equipment and other related devices</li><li>
Execute mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems</li><li>
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment</li><li>
Complete service requests and maintenance repair items in a timely manner and ensure all requests are handled in a professional manner</li><li>
Assure compliance with appropriate safety practices and procedures according to applicable federal, state, and local codes, regulations and requirements</li><li>
Troubleshoot various types of equipment, able to make repairs as needed</li><li>
Utilize various testing devices, multiple hand, and power tools related to the job</li><li>
Maintain tools and equipment to ensure all are in proper and safe working order</li><li>
Any other duties or responsibilities, as assigned</li></ul><p>
Requirements and Skills</p><ul><li>
Experience with electrical controls and electronic wiring</li><li>
High School diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Must be available for on-call rotation</li><li>
Experience with computer tasks such as software installation, installing hard drives, networks, routers, printers and other components</li><li>
Mechanical Aptitude</li><li>
Keep supervisor fully informed by verbal, written, and electronic communication</li><li>
Ability to respond promptly to service calls or emergencies as they arise</li><li>
Must have a valid driver's license</li><li>
Must be able to pass company paid drug screen and DOT physical</li></ul><p>

Role:</b></p><p>
We are seeking a Traveling Journeyman Electrician / Foreman to support our Site Superintendent in the execution of commercial electrical construction projects nationwide. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring &ldquo;tools-in-hand&rdquo; productivity while assisting in the coordination of daily field operations. The position supports crew direction, installation sequencing, and jobsite execution while ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with NEC requirements and project specifications. This role will occasionally lead small crews and assist the Superintendent in maintaining production flow, schedule awareness, and jobsite discipline. The ideal candidate is a high-performing Journeyman who leads by example, takes ownership of assigned scopes, and thrives in schedule-driven commercial environments. Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>
Field Installation &amp; Production</b></p><ul><li>
Execute commercial electrical installations in strict accordance with project drawings, specifications, and NEC requirements</li><li>
Perform layout, installation, and termination of conduit systems (EMT, rigid, PVC), feeders, panels, switchgear, transformers, lighting systems, and related commercial systems</li><li>
Demonstrate strong working knowledge of ground-up commercial construction sequencing and adapt installations to evolving site conditions</li><li>
Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, panel schedules, and specifications independently</li><li>
Maintain high productivity standards while meeting project schedules and quality expectations and critical schedule milestones</li></ul><p><b>
Crew Leadership &amp; Superintendent Support</b></p><ul><li>
Support the Superintendent in coordinating daily field operations and manpower allocation</li><li>
Lead small crews when required, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and correctly the first time</li><li>
Provide technical guidance to apprentices and other electricians while maintaining strong jobsite accountability</li><li>
Maintain organized work areas, material control, professional jobsite standards, and proactively identify potential conflicts, scope gaps, or material shortages before they impact progress</li></ul><p><b>
Safety &amp; Quality Control</b></p><ul><li>
Uphold and enforce company safety standards on every task</li><li>
Participate in daily safety meetings and job hazard planning</li><li>
Support testing, commissioning preparation, and turnover documentation as required</li></ul><p><b>
Communication &amp; Accountability</b></p><ul><li>
Communicate production progress and field challenges clearly to the Superintendent</li><li>
Take ownership of assigned scopes from start to completion</li><li>
Maintain professionalism when interacting with general contractors, inspectors, and other trades</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Minimum 6+ years of commercial electrical construction experience, including ground-up commercial projects</li><li><b>
Valid and current State Journeyman Electrical License required for this position</b> (must be active and in good standing)</li><li>
Applicants from states that do not issue a formal Journeyman license must provide documented proof of equivalent certification, apprenticeship completion, or state-recognized credential demonstrating Journeyman-level qualification for further review</li><li>
Candidates without a state-issued or equivalent credential may be considered for other field positions but will not qualify for this Traveling Journeyman / Working Foreman role</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in conduit installation, feeder installations, panel terminations, and commercial power distribution systems</li><li>
Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, one-lines, and specifications independently</li><li>
Proven ability to maintain productivity in schedule-driven commercial construction environments</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and ability to meet company driving standards</li><li>
Ability to pass background screening and pre-employment drug testing</li><li>
Must attend in-person orientation and training during the first week at the Fort Worth, TX office</li><li>
Physically capable of performing commercial electrical construction work in active jobsite environments</li></ul><p><b>
Travel Requirements</b></p><ul><li><b>
This is a nationwide traveling position requiring up to 85% travel throughout the year</b></li><li>
Candidates must be able to commit to extended out-of-town assignments aligned with project schedules, which may span multiple weeks or months; opportunities to return home may be available based on project schedule and coordination with field leadership</li><li>
Flexibility to adjust to varying work hours, site conditions, and schedule shifts is required</li><li>
Must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and professional conduct while representing the company on multi-state job sites</li></ul><p><b>
