We&rsquo;re looking for a passionate storyteller who loves food, pop culture, and creating scroll-stopping content! At DOBRA, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing short-form videos (Reels/YouTube Shorts) and static creatives that bring our brand to life across social platforms.This role blends creative field work and structured team collaboration. You&rsquo;ll spend time in stores, caf&eacute;s, events, shoots, as well as brainstorming and editing with the marketing team.Work Mode<ul><li>Hybrid:</li><li>2 days/week in office (editing, planning, coordination)</li><li>4 days/week field or home (shooting, editing, posting)</li><li>Office likely based in Bangalore or Kochi location (to be aligned with candidate)</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, script, and shoot engaging content for Dobra&rsquo;s Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms</li><li>Edit high-quality Reels, Shorts, and quick-turnaround clips</li><li>Develop and manage a consistent posting schedule with the team</li><li>Create basic design assets (thumbnails, graphics, captions, layouts)</li><li>Coordinate field shoots in stores and events</li><li>Track the latest social trends, audios, formats, memes</li><li>Optimise content performance through understanding of platform algorithms and analytics</li><li>Work closely with marketing &amp; brand teams to maintain brand voice and guidelines</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in content creation for brands or as an IG/YouTube influencer/creator</li><li>Hands-on experience in short-form video editing (CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, etc.)</li><li>Strong camera usage skills (mobile shooting essential; DSLR is a plus)</li><li>Basic design skills using Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator</li><li>Creative storytelling ability with a fun &amp; youthful mindset</li><li>Comfort working in fast-paced, on-ground environments</li><li>Preferably experience in food &amp; beverage brands or lifestyle content</li><li>Understanding of social media growth, trends, and engagement</li></ul>Nice-to-Have<ul><li>Ability to manage creators, photographers, and freelancers</li><li>Motion graphics skills</li><li>Strong on-screen presence for hosting content</li><li>Knowledge of South Indian languages / Hindi</li></ul>Why DOBRA:We&rsquo;re building a fresh take on India&rsquo;s most beloved flavors and formats &ndash; from pop goli to cotton candy &ndash; rooted in quality and fun.
