Oxbridge Academy Communications ManagerSummary/ Objective:Oxbridge Academy seeks a strategic and creative Communications Manager to support and execute the school&rsquo;s internal and external communications efforts. Reporting to the Director of Communications, this role plays a key part in advancing the school&rsquo;s voice across platforms, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with Oxbridge&rsquo;s mission and brand. The Communications Manager will contribute to storytelling, community engagement, and institutional visibility through thoughtful content creation and coordinated communications strategies.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support the creation and implementation of an annual comprehensive communications plan working in partnership with the communications team</li><li>Ensure consistent voice, tone, and visual identity across all communications</li><li>Uphold brand standards across departments and platforms</li><li>Produce high-quality written content, including website copy, newsletters, press releases, feature stories, and leadership messaging</li><li>Identify and develop compelling stories that highlight student experiences, faculty impact, and programmatic innovation</li><li>Manage and maintain an editorial calendar in coordination with internal stakeholders</li><li>Assist in drafting messaging to the school community</li><li>Collaborate with the Communications Coordinator on social media outreach</li><li>Lead Alumni relations outreach and relationship</li><li>Help with project management including printing, graphics, signage etc.</li><li>Collaborate with teams across the organization to support events and strategic initiatives</li><li>Develop promotional content and messaging for campaigns and key programs</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in communications, Journalism, marketing, or related field with 3&ndash;5+ years of related experience</li><li>Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills</li><li>Strong understanding of digital communications, social media platforms, and analytics</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines</li><li>Collaborative, detail-oriented, and versatile</li><li>Experience in event coordination, media relations, public relations and marketing</li><li>Familiarity with content management systems like Veracross, Finalsite</li><li>Experience with Adobe, Adobe Express, Canva, Illustrator, Premier</li></ul>Oxbridge Academy is a non-profit, independent grade 6-12 school in West Palm Beach, Florida.
