Barista Duties:<ul><li>Beverage Preparation:</li><li>Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies, according to recipes and customer specifications.</li><li>Equipment Management:</li><li>Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.</li><li>Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Stock Management:</li><li>Monitor inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.</li><li>Restock items as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.</li><li>Quality Control:</li><li>Ensure beverages and food items meet quality and presentation standards before serving.</li></ul>Waiter Duties:<ul><li>Customer Service:</li><li>Greet customers warmly, present menus, and answer any questions regarding the menu items.</li><li>Provide recommendations based on customer preferences.</li><li>Order Taking and Serving:</li><li>Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.</li><li>Table Maintenance:</li><li>Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.</li><li>Upselling:</li><li>Upsell food and beverage items by suggesting pairings and promotions.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR3,100.00 per month
