Now Hiring: Business Office Manager

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business office, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and invoicing</li>
<li>Manage and train staff to ensure that they are performing their duties in an accurate and timely manner</li>
<li>Create and maintain accurate financial records and reports</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations</li>
<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports</li>
<li>Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze financial data to identify potential areas of improvement</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a Business-related discipline (e.g., Management, Finance, or Healthcare Administration) is required</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in a business office management role preferred.</li>
<li>Must have experience working in a long term care facility.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.</li>
<li>Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial regulations.</li>
<li>Able to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented and able to multitask.</li>
</ul>
