Roles and Responsibilities:The Purchase Officer will provide support to the Purchase Manager and assist in -<ul><li>Processing of Requisition for Raw Material &amp; Packing Material</li><li>Preparing the Purchase orders for all the Raw material and Packing material IN the ERP SOFTWARE</li><li>Coordinating with the suppliers for the dispatch details of the material and following up with the transporters for the delivery of the materials to factory locations.</li><li>Updating the status sheet of the purchase orders.</li><li>Collecting the documents from API/Packing material Vendors that are required for Factory records.</li><li>Maintaining COA record for Raw Material &amp; excipients</li><li>Sourcing new vendor</li></ul>Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:<ul><li>A Graduate with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Pharma Industry</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) , Knowledge of Tally</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your Currnet ACTC?</li><li>What are your expectations in terms of Salary?</li><li>What is your Notice Period?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Purchasing: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
