About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven ELV/AV Sales Accounts Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Audio-Visual (AV) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, excellent client relationship management skills, and proven experience in handling corporate and government projects in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV/AV projects.</li><li>Manage existing client accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.</li><li>Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.</li><li>Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.</li><li>Participate in client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AV, CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA/BGM, and other ELV systems.</li><li>Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring profitability.</li><li>Coordinate with the accounts and operations teams for project handovers and collections.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in ELV or AV system sales in the UAE/GCC.</li><li>Strong understanding of AV systems, integration solutions, and ELV products.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License is a must.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling key accounts.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and project documentation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

ELV/AV Sales Accounts Manager

Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and manage client accounts in the Audio Visual (AV) and ELV field, ensuring strong and long-term business relationships.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.</li><li>Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales presentations to clients.</li><li>Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals while ensuring profitability.</li><li>Collaborate with the technical and project teams to design customized AV/ELV solutions.</li><li>Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.</li><li>Manage key accounts, ensuring all client requirements are handled efficiently.</li><li>Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and UAE regulations in all sales activities.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED5,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>AV Sales: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>

AV Sales Accounts Manager

Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist the Purchase Manager in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring AV &amp; ELV equipment and materials.</li><li>Evaluate supplier quotations and ensure technical compliance with project specifications.</li><li>Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely availability of materials.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock management.</li><li>Support in vendor pre-qualification, registration, and documentation processes.</li><li>Ensure all purchases comply with company procurement policies and budget constraints.</li><li>Coordinate with the Presales, Projects, and Finance teams to ensure smooth procurement workflow.</li><li>Research and identify new vendors, products, and technologies in the AV &amp; ELV market.</li><li>Maintain records of procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost analysis.</li><li>Assist in preparing periodic reports on procurement status, cost savings, and market trends.</li><li>Resolve any issues related to material shortages, delays, or supplier disputes.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Electronics, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of procurement experience, preferably in AV/ELV systems.</li><li>Knowledge of AV &amp; ELV equipment (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, Video Conferencing, etc.).</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement software.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.</li><li>UAE/GCC market knowledge is an advantage.</li></ul>Location - DubaiJob Type: Full-timePay: From AED4,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>AV Procurement: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
