<p>This role will be primarily responsible for monitoring and managing SKU-level demand changes, promotions, and seasonality, monthly inventory planning and production schedules to mitigate stock out. Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams to develop and maintain demand forecasts, and report on metrics such as forecast accuracy and inventory turns. Analyze sales, inventory, and customer demand data using statistical tools to refine forecasts. Generate and share regular KPI reports, assist in preparing demand planning and inventory reports for management, and prepare annual price increase simulations. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Services, Production, and Warehousing for order execution.</p><br>

<div><b>About You</b><br>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering,, production planning for finished and Material Planning, preferably Supply chain particularly in Planning from recognized university.</li><li>A minimum of 2-3 years&rsquo; experience in Production (supply and demand) planning and forecast management.</li><li>Prior work experience in maintaining inventory at various locations will be an added advantage.</li><li>Impeccable English language skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and SAP (MM/SD module).</li></ul></div><br>

  The incumbent will be responsible to manage the relationship with internal/external customers/stakeholders and collaborate positively to influence indirect spending decisions. S/he will act as a first escalation point for suppliers and will help in building effective vendor relationships, monitor supplier performance, assisting in improving procurement processes and ensuring maintenance of good corporate governance practices. The incumbent will also be responsible for smooth execution of operations in Indirect Procurement.

  </strong>
  The successful candidate should have:&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;A strong school education and relevant Bachelors/Master&rsquo;s degree preferably in Procurement or Supply Chain.&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;At least 2 years&rsquo; professional work experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Operations or an equivalent role.&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent negotiation skills and sStrong operational acumen with a drive to complete tasks within an agreed timeline.&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Strong interpersonal and organisational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks / projects in a challenging and dynamic environment.&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Experience with SAP systems (Materials Management module) and highly skilled in Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.&nbsp;
