Similar to large marketplaces such as Amazon, we aim to deliver a seamless, high-performance buying experience tailored for the automotive industry.We are expanding our engineering team and seeking a highly experienced Senior Python Developer who has a strong background in Django, scalable architectures, and backend systems capable of supporting enterprise-grade traffic and complex workflows.Role &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead backend development using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.</li><li>Architect scalable, distributed systems for a large automotive e-commerce platform.</li><li>Design and optimize APIs, data models, caching layers, and database performance.</li><li>Work with DevOps to build robust deployment pipelines and server infrastructure.</li><li>Improve system resilience, fault tolerance, and overall performance.</li><li>Mentor mid-level and junior engineers on best practices and architecture.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product, UI/UX, and operations teams to deliver high-impact features.</li></ul>Required QualificationsMust Have<ul><li>5&ndash;10 years of experience in Python backend development.</li><li>Deep expertise in Django / Django REST Framework.</li><li>Proven experience architecting large-scale, high-traffic platforms.</li><li>Strong server-side engineering skills (APIs, microservices, performance tuning).</li><li>Excellent knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL,MongoDB) and caching systems (Redis).</li><li>Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc.).</li><li>Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).</li><li>Ability to lead technical decisions and long-term system architecture.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience in e-commerce or automotive industry platforms.</li><li>Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Experience with event-driven architecture.</li><li>Strong system design and documentation skills.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive senior-level compensation</li><li>Opportunity to build a massive automotive platform from the ground up</li><li>Flexible and remote-friendly workplace</li><li>Clear path for technical leadership</li><li>Fast-paced, innovative environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;80,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
