 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Follow global trends in fashion and textiles, gather insights and use resources effectively for new product sourcing,
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and manage seasonal/weekly purchasing budgets in line with company objectives, historical data and sales forecasts,
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Product Management to align order quantities with sales trends and campaign strategies,
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze daily trade performance and ensure timely stock availability,
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct price, cost, and margin analysis to optimize profitability,
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and manage order flow from suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries,
 </li>
 <li>
 Research and benchmark competitors&rsquo; pricing and sourcing strategies,
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage vendor relations and monitor supplier performance,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure product availability for retail and e-commerce channels according to sales projections,
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and planning teams to ensure operational efficiency,
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and present periodic reports on purchasing activities and category performance.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferably in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field),
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in Buying or Sourcing within the fashion retail sector,
 </li>
 <li>
 Commercial mindset and strong analytical skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to analyze sales and stock data to guide purchasing decisions,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and vendor negotiation skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly collaborative, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems,
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of English (written and spoken).
 </li>
