Position: Sales &amp; Operations ExecutiveLocation: Oxy Urban Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead Generation &amp; Sales</li><li>Actively generate leads through field visits, networking, and digital platforms.</li><li>Convert leads into sales by explaining Oxy Urban&rsquo;s products and services (landscaping, terrace/balcony makeovers, plants, accessories, etc.).</li><li>Meet monthly sales targets.</li><li>Customer Relationship Management</li><li>Handle walk-in customers at the offline store, providing product knowledge and closing sales.</li><li>Address customer complaints, queries, and follow-ups effectively.</li><li>Build long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.</li><li>Operations &amp; Coordination</li><li>Coordinate daily store activities including display, stock management, and billing.</li><li>Support delivery, service coordination, and logistics for orders/projects.</li><li>Report daily/weekly updates on sales, leads, and store activities to management.</li><li>Field Visits</li><li>Visit potential clients, housing projects, architects, builders, and institutions for business opportunities.</li><li>Distribute marketing materials and represent Oxy Urban at events/expos when required.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred (any discipline).</li><li>1&ndash;3 years&rsquo; experience in sales/retail/customer service (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).</li><li>Good communication skills in Tamil &amp; English (Hindi/Telugu is a plus).</li><li>Willingness to travel locally for lead generation.</li><li>Interest in plants, landscaping, and interiors is a bonus.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Salary + performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding urban farming &amp; green interiors brand.</li><li>Hands-on exposure to both retail and project-based business.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sales: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
