As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and employees. Your responsibilities will include managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to various departments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.</li><li>Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing information and assistance as needed.</li><li>Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.</li><li>Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.</li><li>Provide basic information about Oxygen Aerospace's services and offerings.</li><li>Ensure security procedures are followed by verifying the identity of visitors.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Professional appearance and attitude.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Knowledge of aviation industry terminology is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED2,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>
