Salary: &pound;16,200 pro rated (27,000 Full Time Equivalent) plus generous company benefits

This support role is at the heart of Oxygen House, valued by a high-achieving, professional, yet informal and fun team culture.
The Role
As House Services Coordinator, you&rsquo;ll be the welcoming face of Oxygen House - delivering a warm, professional front-of-house service, while supporting the smooth delivery of events, activities and workplace initiatives that make our environment feel exceptional. This role is perfect for someone seeking predictable part-time work.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues</li><li>
Maintain a visible and responsive presence in the building, ensuring front-of-house standards remain consistently high</li><li>
Support the planning and delivery of internal events and activities</li><li>
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure visits and events run smoothly</li><li>
Bring forward ideas to continuously improve the workplace experience</li><li>
Assist with sourcing suppliers and supporting sustainable operational practices</li><li>
Contribute to projects and initiatives led by the Head of House</li></ul> 
About you
