Job Overview Oyster Hr, Inc is seeking a dedicated and articulate Live Chat Representative to join our dynamic customer support team. In this Full-Time role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving enquiries through our digital channels. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with outstanding communication skills who is passionate about delivering a first-class customer experience. This position is based in North Carrollton, Mississippi, United States. Responsibilities  <ul><li>Engage with customers in a timely, professional, and friendly manner via live chat.</li><li>Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.</li><li>Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust.</li><li>Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.</li><li>Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.</li><li>Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimise the customer experience.</li><li>Gather customer feedback and share it with relevant teams to improve our products and services.</li></ul>Qualifications  <ul><li>Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably with live chat or digital communication.</li><li>Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of the English language.</li><li>Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.</li><li>A patient, empathetic, and customer-oriented approach.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.</li><li>Proficiency in using help desk software and CRM systems.</li><li>The ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team.</li><li>A high school diploma or equivalent is required.</li></ul> Benefits At Oyster Hr, Inc, we value our employees and are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
