 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 The Product Manager oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of a product, collaborating with
 
 
 cross-functional teams to define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap,
 
 
 ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Define Product Vision &amp; Strategy
 </li>

 Develop and maintain a clear product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goals
 </li>
 <li>
 and market needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct Market &amp; User Research
 </li>
 <li>
 Gather insights through customer research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to
 </li>
 <li>
 validate ideas and shape the product direction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Requirements Gathering &amp; Documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, prioritize, and translate requirements into detailed
 </li>
 <li>
 Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and feature specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cross-Functional Collaboration
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with engineering, design, QA, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product
 </li>
 <li>
 development aligns with objectives and is delivered on time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Wireframing &amp; Prototyping
 </li>
 <li>
 Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar to
 </li>
 <li>
 define UI/UX and support design discussions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Agile &amp; SCRUM Participation
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure
 </li>
 <li>
 effective delivery using Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Product Performance Tracking
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor product performance through tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, and Data
 </li>
 <li>
 Studio. Use insights to identify improvements and guide iterations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Data-Driven Decision Making
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze data and user feedback to prioritize features, validate assumptions, and support
 </li>
 <li>
 roadmap decisions with measurable outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stakeholder Communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the main point of contact for all product-related discussions, ensuring clear and timely
 </li>
 <li>
 updates to internal and external stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Competitor Analysis &amp; Market Adaptability
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to proactively adjust product
 </li>
 <li>
 strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 3 + Years experience in the TPM
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in product management or a similar role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience with data-driven decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical background or understanding of software development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of products regarding e-commerce &amp; classified.
 </li>
