Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.</li><li>Process employee payroll and maintain payroll records.</li><li>Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations.</li><li>Monitor cash flow and prepare financial forecasts.</li><li>Assist in budgeting and cost control activities.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.</li><li>Support management with financial analysis and reporting.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 0-1 years of accounting experience (preferably in UAE).</li><li>Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in logistics, transportation, delivery, or fleet management industry.</li><li>Knowledge of payroll processing and WPS.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Skills Required✅ Financial Accounting ✅ Bank Reconciliation ✅ VAT Filing &amp; Compliance ✅ Payroll Processing ✅ Microsoft Excel ✅ Financial Reporting ✅ Audit Support ✅ Cost Analysis ✅ Time Management ✅ Attention to Detail ✅ Communication SkillsPay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
